With this risk-free trial, you have plenty of time to make sure your mattress truly suits you. Sleep on it in your own home, experience the comfort, and see how it supports your body night after night. If it’s not quite right, you can exchange it—simple as that.

To be eligible for the trial, a mattress protector must be purchased with your mattress and used from day one.

Yes—our sleep trial is available when you purchase a mattress protector along with your mattress and use it from the first night. This helps keep your mattress in the best possible condition during the trial period.

For health and safety reasons, mattresses that have been soiled, stained, or have suffered damage (malicious or otherwise) cannot be exchanged. To qualify for an exchange under our sleep trial, a mattress protector must also have been purchased with your mattress and used from day one to keep it in a clean and resalable condition.

If you choose a more expensive mattress, any difference in price must be paid at the time of re-selection.
If you select a lower-priced mattress, the difference will be issued as store credit to use on a future purchase with Memory Foam Warehouse.
Please note the following conditions apply:
(a) We ask that you allow a minimum of 30 nights from the day of delivery before requesting an exchange. This allows time for the fillings to settle and for your body to adjust to your new mattress.
(b) To remain eligible for an exchange, a mattress protector must be purchased with your mattress and used from day one. The mattress must be kept in good condition, and we reserve the right to refuse an exchange if it is marked, soiled, damaged, or has not been properly protected.
(c) A collection and re-delivery fee of £50 applies in most areas. Collections from the Scottish Highlands may incur a higher charge depending on mattress size.
(d) Only one exchange is permitted per order under the 200-night trial offer.
