Free delivery is available on all UK mainland orders over £99.99. For orders under this amount, a £9.95 delivery charge will apply.
Two-Person Deliveries
Our courier insurance allows delivery to your front door only, or to the main entrance of a building for flats and high-rise properties. Deliveries are made between 8:00am and 9:00pm.
If you require delivery to a room of your choice, a chargeable two-person delivery service can be arranged. Please contact us to book.
Chargeable Deliveries
The following surcharges apply to remote UK postcode areas:
- AB & IV – £29.95 first item, £14.97 each additional
- HS & ZE – £39.95 first item, £19.97 each additional
- IM – £69.95 first item, £34.97 each additional
- PO – £59.95 first item, £29.97 each additional
- FK & TR – £5.95 per item

Most orders are delivered within 1–3 working days (Monday–Friday, 8:00am–9:00pm).
Two-man deliveries and non-rolled mattresses may take up to 7 working days.
You will be notified by the carrier with your confirmed delivery date. Delivery is to your front door only.

If you are not home, the courier will leave a card with details on how to rearrange delivery or collect from a depot. Please contact the courier directly to rebook.

Please inspect all parcels carefully before signing for delivery.
- If items are damaged, refuse the delivery and state the reason
- Always check you are signing for the correct number of parcels
- Check mattress size before accepting delivery (dimensions are shown on the packaging)
Once delivery has been signed for, we cannot replace missing, incorrect, or damaged items free of charge.
For insurance reasons, goods cannot be left without a signature.
Mattress Packaging & Setup
How are mattresses delivered?
How are mattresses delivered?
Most mattresses (unless specified otherwise) are compressed, rolled, and vacuum-packed for easier delivery.
Once unpacked, the mattress will expand to its full size within 6–24 hours.
Please note:
- Once unwrapped, the mattress becomes harder to move
- We recommend unpacking it in the room where it will be used
- Mattresses can remain packaged for up to 1 month after delivery if needed
All products are manufactured in our UK factory using high-quality foams and fabrics designed to withstand compression without damage.
