Returns policy

Any items which are returned for refund or exchange must be received by Memory Foam Warehouse within 30 days in a new and unused condition and with original packing intact, along with all receipts. We strongly recommend you use a recorded/insured delivery service as we regret that we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit. Any refund will be made in the tender type originally transacted. We are unable to process items that do not meet with these criteria. More details available here.

Warranties

All of our mattresses come with a 12 month full guarantee, covering our products against any defects caused by material or manufacturing defects. Once this 12 months period has passed, many of our mattresses are covered by 5, 10 and 15 year warranties. For full details of our warranties, please visit our Guarantees & Warranties page

Exceptions

We reserve the right to change our prices immediately if there is any change in the VAT rate or if there is a major change in the value of the pound against any currencies which could affect some imported items. Please note that the actual colour of some items may differ slightly from the photographic representations shown on this internet site. Whilst we endeavour to thoroughly test all hardware products on this site, it should be noted that descriptions of performance and suitability are purely subjective
