Guarantees

All our memory foam products have a 12 months manufacturer's guarantee and many of our foam mattresses include a limited warranty agreement. Each individual product description has further information about the warranty period that comes into effect from the date of purchase.

60 Trial Period

We are so confident that our memory foam mattress range will provide our customers with the utmost comfort that we offer a 60 day trial period that we trust will rarely be invoked. If a customer is not fully satisfied, arrangements can be made for the memory foam mattress to be returned and exchanged.

Delivery

Delivery of a new memory foam product can be guaranteed, next day, free of charge to the majority of England and Wales and some areas of Scotland. Delivery charges are applicable to all other regions of the UK and Ireland.

Mattress Rolling

All our mattress are offered compressed and rolled. This makes handling and delivery easier, avoiding damage during transit, and enabling collection from our web outlets - you can drive away with the mattress from one of our stores, which proves popular for many of our customers. We are, however, happy to supply mattresses flat, please request this when placing an order with our sales team.

The Classic-Pedic memory foam mattress is designed to provide extra support by its inspired multi-layer manufacture. The mattress comprises a three layer design, a foam base, a firm supporting layer of memory foam and a cotton/velour quilted removable cover layer that is machine washable.
