We understand what a big decision buying a new mattress can be. We are so confident that our mattresses will give you a good night’s sleep that we are offering a 60 night trial period.

We suggest you try your mattress for the full 60 day period to allow time for a true evaluation of the benefits it can offer, as there can sometimes be an adjustment period when you begin to sleep on a new mattress. It is quite normal for your back to feel tired during the first few weeks. The reason for this is that the muscles and joints have to get used to the support offered by the new mattress. The mattress also reduces the pressure on your body and this will improve your blood circulation, which means that you may feel hotter in bed than is normally the case, but this should pass.

If after the above, and within 60 days of delivery should you not be entirely happy with your mattress, you can request to exchange it for a mattress of the same size, and of equivalent or higher value. To cover handling costs an exchange charge of £45* will apply. Because of the dimensions of a full size mattress it is necessary that someone is available to assist the courier to carry the item to the collection van. If this is not possible an additional £20 will be charged to upgrade the collection to a two man crew.

Please contact us via email sales@memoryfoamwarehouse.co.uk within 7 days following the 60 night period to inform us of your intentions, someone will then contact you to discuss your requirements. We will send you packaging that must be used in order to protect the product being returned from damage during transit. It is your responsibility to ensure that all items are safely and securely wrapped with the packaging we supply. Contact us again to confirm you have received our return packaging, and together we will arrange a mutually convenient date for exchange.

Returned mattresses are disposed of immediately. We do not resell any of our products. All foam and packaging is recycled.

Please note the 60 night trial applies to stock mattresses only. Bespoke mattresses, divan bed bases, bed frames, mattress toppers, bunks, pillows and all other bed and bedding products are not included. For health and safety reasons, mattresses which are soiled, stained or have suffered damage, either malicious or otherwise, cannot be exchanged.
