We use a number of couriers to make our deliveries, depending on where and how our customers need our products. Our most convenient service is our two man delivery service, delivering your mattress to the room of your choice and disposing of the packaging for you.
Any items which are returned for refund or exchange must be received back at our mail order department within 30 days in a new and unused condition and with original packing intact, along with all receipts. We strongly recommend you use a recorded/insured delivery service as we regret that we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit. Any refund will be made in the tender type originally transacted. We are unable to process items that do not meet with these criteria.
All of our mattresses come with a 12 month full guarantee, covering our products against any defects caused by material or manufacturing defects.
