We are confident in the quality and craftsmanship of our products and hope that you will not need to return them. However if you feel the product is not for you there is a 7 day cooling off period to cancel your contract with us which starts when you place the order and this does not end until 7 days after you have received your goods.
We will accept returns of any un-opened items within 30 days of receipt of the product. We do ask that unless there is a fault with the item that you return the item at your own cost.
If you think you have been sent the wrong product or there is fault with your item please email our customer service with pictures of the product and packaging a member of our team will help you.
All returns should be sent back to the below address with a copy of your invoice or details attached to the product.

Any products that are returned will need to be wrapped in resalable condition. If they are not in resalable condition or are damaged we may decline your refund.
Once we have received a returned item we will process your refund through the original method of payment. Please keep in mind refunds may take a few days to go back in your account depending on the method of payment used.
For foam products please allow for 2cm tolerance on the sizes of foam products. A 2cm variance in the size in memory foam is perfectly normal depending on conditions and room temperature and as such is not considered a fault. It should also be noted that a tolerance of 5mm on the depth of foam products should be allowed, and as such is not considered a fault. With regards to weight a 10% tolerance should be allowed.
