Once you’ve chosen your perfect mattress, you’ll need to choose the right delivery option for you.
To make your mattress purchase go as smoothly as possible, we offer an easy and efficient delivery service. We’re dedicated to delivering your mattress of choice efficiently and safely so you can experience that perfect night’s sleep as quickly as possible!
Here’s everything you need to know about our mattress delivery service;
Orders will be delivered within 3-5 working days, Monday to Friday between 8am and 9pm.
You will be notified by our carrier to confirm the delivery date. Please note, delivery guaranteed to your front door only.
2 Man Recycle Service: With our 2 man courier, Furdeco, we can come collect your old mattress, deliver the new and take all packaging away. To make this more convenient we will call you to book in a date and time.
YodelYodel is used for most small mattresses, toppers and pillows. Delivery window is 8:00am – 9:00pm with 3 to 5 day delivery window. Track your parcel with Yodel here.
FurdecoFurdeco is used for large or flat mattress deliveries requiring two person services. It is also used for mattress recycling services. The courier will deliver the mattress within 7 to 10 working days. They will contact you with a delivery date and time slot. For enquiries, call 0121 285 5255, or enter your postcode to track your order with Furdeco.
DXDX are be used for deliveries to Jersey, Guernsey and Northern Ireland. Delivery time scale to these areas is 3 to 5 days. To contact, call 0333 241 5037 or you can track the parcel on the DX website.
InXpressThis courier service will be used for Southern Ireland postcodes and European addresses. This company uses couriers such as UPS, TNT and DHL.
If you're not sure of which courier your parcels have been sent with or require further information, please contact our delivery team on 01924 847 322 and ask for option 3.
Signing for Correct ParcelsPlease ensure that you only sign for the actual number of items you receive. We are unable to replace goods free of charge if you have signed for the incorrect number of parcels.
Also, please check that you have the correct size mattress before you accept delivery, the dimensions are indicated on the package. If it is not the correct size, then please refuse delivery. We are unable to leave unsigned goods for insurance reasons.
Two-Person DeliveriesOur courier’s insurance policy only permits the delivery person to carry your item/s to your front door. If you live in a high rise building, then delivery will be made to the first front door of the building. Deliveries are between 08.00 to 9.00pm. If you require delivery to the room of choice you will need to contact us to book a two-person delivery courier which is a chargeable service.
This makes the delivery of the mattress to our customers simpler, safer and more cost effective. Over the next 6 – 24hrs hours, the mattress will 'revert' to its true dimensions. You should be aware that once you undo the packaging, the mattress will also become more difficult to move around. With this in mind, you will probably want to undo the packaging in the same room the mattress will be used in.
Our mattresses and toppers are manufactured in our own factory, using the very highest quality UK manufactured foams and fabrics, and are only packed on the day of dispatch. You can safely keep your mattress packed for up to a month after delivery. Our foams, Coolmax and Quilted fabrics are of the very highest quality, and will not wrinkle or tear under our compressing and rolling process.
