How much is delivery?
For the majority of the UK, delivery is FREE on all orders over £99.99.
What if I'm not home when product is delivered?
Couriers cannot leave deliveries unsigned for as a signature is required but will try to leave parcel with a neighbour if customer is not home. If nobody is present to sign, the delivery driver will leave a card with details of how to arrange a re-delivery.
Can you take my old mattress away?
When will it arrive?
Delivered within 3-5 working days.
How is the bed base delivered?
Most of our bed bases come flat-packed, ready for you to assemble. However, Divan bases are delivered as a few large sections which can just be slotted or clipped together.
Only received part order, where’s the rest?
Mattresses and bed bases are dispatched separately using different couriers. These will arrive on the same day - just in different vans.
How to track my order
You will receive an email confirming which courier your order has been dispatched with along with a tracking reference. You should then receive a text with tracking information and delivery updates, take a look at the order status page accessible through your despatch confirmation email. These are the contact details for the couriers we use:
Yodel www.yodel.co.uk - Standard delivery for most memory foam products and implay products.
DX www.dxdelivery.com or call 0332415307- This courier is used for large mattresses such as superking.
Tuffnells www.tufnells.co.uk or call 0330 838 0440- The courier used for large mattresses such as superking.
Furdeco www.furdeco.co.uk or call 0121 285 5255 - This is the two man delivery who will deliver flat/large mattresses that cannot be delivered on standard courier service. They will contact the customer to arrange delivery day and time slot.
What to do when my mattress arrives?
The first thing you should do is check that your packages are in good condition. If packages are damaged in any way, please refuse delivery and do not sign for the goods. If you sign for the goods it may complicate the free replacement service.
My order looks too small - have I received the wrong product?
Many of our goods are compressed and rolled for transit which is why it may not look right at first glance. It will just take a little time to expand when you’ve unpackaged it. Mattresses will be expanded and ready to sleep on within 4 to 6 hours. However for full expansion and settling of the foam internally please allow up to 48 hours.
Rolling a mattress ensures a smoother transition from our warehouse into your bedroom. It’s easier for our deliverymen to handle, and far easier for you to manoeuvre around your home. If you would prefer that it is not rolled for delivery, we are more than happy to deliver your mattress flat.
My memory foam item has a strange smell to it. Is it faulty?
Some new memory foam products can give off an odour, either from the new memory foam or flame-retardant treatments (in line with government standards). Do not worry, these odours are totally normal and will disappear after a day or so.
Sleep Trial - what is it?
Every mattress comes with a 100 Night Trial to ensure that you find your perfect night’s sleep.
Please note - trial periods do not apply to custom products, stock clearance, children’s range, cots, accessories, bed frames and any mattresses which has been altered, damaged or soiled by the customer.

Do I need to turn my mattress?
No. Our mattresses are designed to not be turned over due to the different foam layers which they’re made from. However we do recommend that you rotate your mattress head-to-foot, ideally once a month.
How long can I keep my bed-in-a-box mattress or topper rolled for?
We don’t recommend keeping your mattress or topper rolled for longer than 2 months.
Your memory foam mattress is compressed to approximately 25% of its original size using our manufacturing machinery, and are carefully tested to ensure that absolutely no damage is caused during compression.
Rolling a mattress is easier for our deliverymen to handle and far easier for you to manoeuvre around your home, but If you would prefer that it is not rolled for delivery, we are more than happy to deliver your mattress flat.
Can I wash the mattress cover?
Yes, all of our mattress covers are removable and washable at 30°C or 40°C. However DO NOT tumble dry your mattress cover as his may cause the cover to shrink and this is not covered by your warranty.
Can I use a hot water bottle or electric blanket with my memory foam mattress?
We do not recommend the use of electric blankets with a memory foam mattress as they interfere with the performance of the memory foam, which is temperature-sensitive and reacts to body heat. If you’re worried about getting too cold, take a look at our Outlast mattresses range, which use a temperature-regulating technology to ensure you don’t get too hot or cold.
My mattress feels like its dipping - is this normal?
If your mattress is dipping we recommend having a look at your bed frame. Your bed base should adequately support the mattress. If you don’t think this is the problem, contact our team of sleep experts to help solve the problem.

Can I get a non-standard size mattress?
Yes. We make everything on site at our Yorkshire HQ, so bespoke sizes are no problem. Get in touch for a quote!

Yes, you can purchase these online via our mattress covers page. For other products, such as pillows and toppers, we can produce covers to order. Contact us for more information.
I ordered my item online, but I’m not finding it comfortable. What can I do?
