Returns Policy
Any items which are returned for refund or exchange must be received back at our mail order department within 30 days in a new and unused condition and with original packing intact, along with all receipts. We strongly recommend you use a recorded/insured delivery service as we regret that we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit. Any refund will be made in the tender type originally transacted. We regret that we are unable to process items that do not meet with this criteria.

We then ordered our mattress online - a Superior Outlast 1000 Deluxe. As promised, it was delivered the very next day.
The mattress was well packaged and protected during shipping. We've started using it immediately. It is extremely comfortable and provides excellent support. A free pillow were supplied with the mattress, an extra bonus!
