Returns Policy
Any items which are returned for refund or exchange must be received back at our mail order department within 30 days in a new and unused condition and with original packing intact, along with all receipts. This is the most comfortable mattress I have slept on. It gives me just the right amount of support and I heartily recommend it. When you unpack it on delivery it does have a bit of a plasticky smell so it would be wise to leave it outside for a few hours or in a well ventilated room. This smell soon disappears.
