We understand what a big decision buying a new mattress can be. We are so confident that our mattresses will give you the best nights sleep of your life that we are offering a 90 day money back guarantee if you are not entirely satisfied .

We suggest, however, that you try your mattress for the full 90 day period to allow time for a true evaluation of the benefit it can offer as there can sometimes be an adjustment period when you begin to sleep on a new mattress.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your memory foam mattress we will arrange to collect it and offer you a refund of the purchase price minus £45.00 collection and specialist disposal cost (£60 highlands) with no complicated clauses in our Terms and Conditions. This trial is only available on mattresses (not on pillows or other products).  If you live off the mainland of the UK please contact us for collection charges.  We are happy to receive returned goods by your appointed courier at your own expense should you wish.

Please note on the rare occasion a mattress is returned, we dispose of it immediately.

We do not resell any of our products. All foam and packaging is recycled.

Because of the dimensions of a full size mattress, and for health and safety reasons, it is necessary that someone is available to assist the courier to carry the item to the collection van. If this is not possible an additional £20 will be added to the £45 charge (£65 in total) to upgrade the collection to a two man crew.

The free pillows if applicable should also be returned.  If you wish to retain these, you can purchase them at the current sale price, and we will deduct this cost from your refund.
Please contact us via email (sales@memoryfoamwarehouse.co.uk) within 7 calendar days following the 90 night period to notify us of your intention to return the product under the terms of the trial.

We will send you packaging that must be used in order to protect the product from damage during transit. It is your responsibility to ensure that all items are safely and securely wrapped with the packaging we supply.

Contact us again to confirm you have received our return packaging and together we will arrange a mutually convenient date for collection or exchange.

Upon inspection of returned goods a refund will be processed within 7 days.  Goods which are soiled, stained or have suffered damage, either malicious or otherwise, will not be accepted.

Please note that the 90 day trial does not apply to bespoke size mattresses or toppers.
