EXCELLENT mattress. I've had extensive spinal surgery and a further car accident thus my back demands a good mattress, firm but not hard.Price Value Quality
Before buying I did an extensive amount of research trying out mattresses in many stores/retailers and reading loads of write-ups on them all online. I ALMOST purchased the well advertised brand shown on telly, then bulked at spending almost £3000 when most of the reviews I'd read were very negetive. My old mattress was an expensive pocket sprung orthopaedic mattress...what a waste of money!! I don't find this new MF mattress hot, it does sink under your body weight, but that is what it is meant to to. It's VERY supportive, so much so that I don't want to get up in the mornings anymore!! I NO longer suffer from a sore numb lower back or sides and this mattress does everything a GOOD mattress should do.
The ONLY complaint I have is that it was not delivered rolled up as advertised and due to its weight it was very difficult to manoevour up and around the stairwell inour home. Also, the two pillows did arrive and took a further week once reordered by Customer Services.
Overall, would I ever buy another mattress such as this/recommend it to friends/family...YES, YES, YES!
